The Program: Build Strength, Balance, and Power
This is 45 minutes of hyper-focused training to turn your legs into steel.
- Who is this for? EVERYONE! Whether you love Nordic (Classic & Skate), Downhill, AT, or Splitboard, or if you just want to crush your general fitness goals—this is for you.
- Dates: Monday, Oct 27th – Monday, Dec 1st (6 Live Weeks on Zoom).
- Time: Live every Monday morning, 8:00 – 8:45 a.m. MT.
- Format: 45 minutes of ski-specific conditioning covering strength, balance, power, and cardio intervals. (Smart modifications are always offered!)

Jeff Russell is the real deal! He brings over 25 years of experience serving the Winter Park ski community, is the creator of beloved ski-conditioning programs, a Level 3 Nordic & Telemark Instructor, and the PT for the Winter Park Competition Center.
He delivers equal parts science, stoke, and safety—he’ll get you ready to glide.
