At Women’s Quest, we gather to reconnect with what truly matters—our bodies, our breath, the natural world, and the unspoken bond that forms when women come together. Each retreat is a journey inward and outward—a space to rest, rediscover, and remember who we are beneath the noise.
I met Monica in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica many years ago. We connected over her magical jewelry and the name of her tiny studio—Faery Dust Workshop. When I first stepped inside, I was amazed: every piece felt intentional, creative, and alive. Women’s Quest began supporting Monica’s work, and over time our friendship—deepened. As a single mom raising a beautiful son in a place with limited job opportunities, Monica was building something radiant, one handcrafted piece at a time.
Then came her newest creation: The Pearl Spell.
At the end of our retreats, each woman receives a single hanging pearl—not as jewelry alone, but as a reminder.
The pearl begins as something small, hidden deep within a shell.
Layer by layer, it grows through time, patience, and the quiet work of transformation.

We wear the pearl close to the heart, on a soft cotton cord, to remember that strength doesn’t always roar. Sometimes, it whispers. It breathes. It waits for the right moment to shine.
