Discover Why Vermont Feels Like Home
If Tuscany is my European love story...
Vermont is my peaceful sanctuary here at home.

There is something magical about Vermont that is difficult to explain until you’ve experienced it yourself.
Maybe it’s the quiet.
Maybe it’s the mountains.
Maybe it’s waking to mist rising from the lake while loons call across the water.
Or maybe it’s simply that life feels wonderfully uncomplicated here.

Our home for the week is a private lodge tucked beside a beautiful lake in Vermont’s Green Mountains.
It feels like stepping into On Golden Pond.
There are no crowds.
No rushing.
No pressure.
Just fresh mountain air, extraordinary food, peaceful water, and time to remember what it feels like to simply be.
Adventure at Your Own Pace
Every morning begins with gentle yoga, Qigong, or our signature Awakening the Senses practice before gathering for breakfast with new friends.
Then we head outside to play.
We’ll ride the famous Stowe Recreation Path—often called one of the most beautiful bike paths in America.
We’ll mountain bike the spectacular Trapp Family Lodge trail system, where beginners and experienced riders alike find trails they’ll love.
We’ll hike sections of the legendary Long Trail, winding through forests, waterfalls, and mountain vistas that remind you just how healing nature can be.
And every adventure is designed for every ability level.
No competition.
No pressure.
Just encouragement, laughter, and support.

The Magic Happens Between the Adventures
Some of my favorite moments aren’t on the trail at all.
They’re sitting on the dock with a cup of coffee.
Reading a book in an Adirondack chair.
Watching the sunset paint the lake in shades of gold.
Paddling a canoe across perfectly still water.
Trying paddleboarding for the first time.
Learning to fly fish.
Or simply sharing stories around the fire beneath a sky full of stars.
These are the moments that stay with you.

Vermont Traditions
Of course we’ll also enjoy some of Vermont’s favorite traditions.
We’ll visit Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.
Taste fresh maple syrup at a local family sugar house.
Explore charming villages, artisan shops, local cheeses, and cider mills.
Every stop reminds us that the simple things often become our favorite memories.
More Than a Vacation
Women often tell me they arrive feeling tired.
Busy.
Pulled in a dozen directions.
And by the end of the week…
they’re smiling more.
Sleeping better.
Laughing again.
Feeling lighter.
Not because we “fixed” anything.
But because nature has a remarkable way of helping us remember who we are.
That’s what Vermont offers.
Not excitement.
Not bucket-list adventures.
Something much more valuable.
Peace.
Connection.
Joy.
And the gentle reminder that slowing down isn’t falling behind.
Sometimes it’s exactly how we move forward.
