This will be a physical and mental cleansing. There will be four live sessions a week:
Two sessions will be food prep and discussion with Eloise Nelson PhD who is the master at cleansing and feeling good. At 66 years old, she looks like she’s twenty! Then, I will bring you top exercises (ex. HIIT) for building energy and vitality along with ways to boost the immune system, mitochondria, and telomere lengths. Finally, we will explore our energy body and learn energy practices with Colleen Vistara.
