WE ARE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL FOR YOGA TEACHER AND WONDER-WOMAN –  NANCY GOODFELLOW.

One thing we are always eternally GRATEFUL for are the amazing guides and teachers that we have the opportunity to work with around the world.

My all time favorite Yoga teacher is Nancy Goodfellow who teaches for us in Costa Rica where her studio at Pranamar Villas overlooks the ocean.

The only problem is that I could not put Nancy in my pocket and take her wonderful practice home but NOW… you CAN!!!

Nancy is an extraordinary, open-hearted yoga teacher. I call her the WONDER-WOMAN because for one.. she looks like one but she also has the most down to earth, love infused presence and she rides the wave of WONDER and her practice opens you up in this way.  I love the way she has outlined her yoga teachings online!! We are so LUCKY!!
