My studies are based on Krama Yoga, as well as: Iyengar, Anusara, Dharma Yoga, Vinyasa and Hatha Raja Yoga.
My passion for teaching is based on understanding the conscious body as well as the philosophy behind this lifestyle. Meditation in movement is key in my way of sharing yoga especially to inspire you to live in fullness and balance.
I am a specialist and lover of essential oils and plants, I include them in my practices as a means of access to deeper states of consciousness.
On the other hand, I host Cacao ceremonies. Cocoa is the guide of the heart and when we consume it in a ceremonial dose, it gives us the possibility to connect deeply with our heart and it helps you heal.
