Jean Nitchals

Jean Nitchals is an adventure-driven facilitator and transformational guide, inspiring others to step beyond their comfort zones and into a more expansive, fully lived version of themselves. Her work blends movement, nature, and inner exploration; creating experiences that awaken both courage and connection.
A lifelong athlete and explorer, Jean has always been drawn to the edge of what’s possible. From competing in volleyball and representing Team USA at the International Duathlon Championships, to completing five of the six World Major Marathons, she understands the power of challenge as a gateway to growth. For Jean, movement is more than physical, it’s a path to clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
In Minneapolis, she co-owns and instructs at an indoor cycling studio, leads a dynamic run community, and coaches athletes from their first 5K to marathon breakthroughs. Her leadership style invites people to meet themselves fully building strength not just in the body, but in mindset and spirit.
Jean also creates intentional spaces for connection and inner exploration through women’s circles, cacao ceremonies, and community gatherings that blend movement with sound bath meditations. These experiences invite participants to slow down, open, and reconnect—with themselves and with each other—awakening a deeper sense of presence, belonging, and possibility.
As a Reiki Master, certified sound therapist, and Executive and Life Coach, Jean weaves together practical tools and intuitive practices to support transformation on every level. Her approach is both grounded and expansive; guiding individuals to not only explore the world around them, but to rediscover the strength, freedom, and wisdom within.
Jean believes that adventure isn’t just something you do, it’s a way of being. And when you choose it, everything begins to open.
