5 After Cycling Stretches

Try these 5 stretches you can do after riding to keep your body fluid and injury-free:

Hip Stretch – Helps open up the hips and glutes to help prevent low back pain and “numb buns”.

Quad Stretch – Opens hip flexors and stretches the quads to help prevent knee pain.

Biker’s Down Dog – Opens shoulders and stretches hamstrings.  Helps prevent numbness in the hands and toes.

Rotation Stretch – Helps relieve achy shoulders or pain in the mid back.

Standing Adductor Stretch – Keeps hips open and prevents groin pulls and knee pain.
