Try these 5 stretches you can do after riding to keep your body fluid and injury-free:
Hip Stretch – Helps open up the hips and glutes to help prevent low back pain and “numb buns”.
Quad Stretch – Opens hip flexors and stretches the quads to help prevent knee pain.
