To make your retreat experience as enjoyable as possible from start to finish, we would like to walk you through all the information you will need to get ready for your adventure! We use these forms not just for contact information but to get a sense of who you are, what kind of exercising you like to do and what kind of experience you are hoping to have.
1- Signing up for a Retreat : Online- You MUST book our retreats by filling out the questionnaire form below and submitting it online.
2- Sending in your Payment Online payment is now available! You may also pay by check. Once filling out the online registration form, you will be taken to the Payment Options page. If you choose to fax in your registration form, a check is required. Please make payments to:

A deposit of $250 is due at the time of registration. Your spot on the retreat is not reserved until we receive a deposit. Final payment is due 60 days prior to retreat.When we receive your payment, we will email you a confirmation packet along with your invoice.
*NOTE We no longer accept credit card payment over the phone. You may only pay online using a card or through a check mailed directly to Women's Quest
Cancellation policy for all domestic camps: *
if you must cancel, the $250 deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE*
Full refund, less deposit, will be given with at least 60 days notice *
Within 60 days of your camp, 50% of the total (less deposit) will be refunded to you *
Within 14 days of your camp, sorry but absolutely no refund will be given *no exceptions will be granted to the above policy.* Please note: We are sorry but injury and illness do not disqualify you from any of the above cancellation policies. We are UNABLE to transfer deposits or any payments from one year to the next.
We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Women’s Quest will be refunded. Women’s Quest CANNOT be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations.
Room Request*- We try our best to honor room requests; however, some retreats have limited single room capacity. In these cases, single rooms are given on a first sign up basis and are not guaranteed.
Trip Insurance- We highly recommend Trip Insurance. We encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your family have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat.
